Orders placed prior to 10:00 AM EST Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched the same day, or the following business day if purchased over the weekend or on a public holiday.

UK Next Day Delivery Conditions

Our UK Next Day Delivery service is provided by Royal Mail.

The following postcodes are excluded from our UK Next Day Delivery service: GY, HS, IM, JE, KW15-17, PA49, PA60-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-ZE3 postcodes. Items addressed to any British Forces Post Office (BFPO postcodes), Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man are also excluded. 

If UK Next Day Delivery is selected for an excluded address we will aim to deliver your order as soon as possible after the expected date.

Orders with unclear, incomplete or incorrect addresses that require verification will be excluded from UK Next Day Delivery. Please take the time to carefully check your address details when placing an order. 

EU / Rest Of The World Delivery Conditions

All EU orders over $150 will ship free of charge.

For non UK locations please check for contact from the postal service/ courier regarding the customs clearance of your order.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTY CHARGES 

Depending on the destination country and purchase value of your order, you may be required to pay duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for this charge, not Stretch Studio London. Should you require further information regarding duties and taxes please contact your local customs office.

Customs duty and tax charges may be applied (based on the Country of import) and are payable by the recipient. 

Please be aware of any local customs, duties & taxes your government may charge on your order. Stretch Studio London sends Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). If duty is left unpaid, Stretch Studio London have the right to request a return to sender for the parcel, else the parcel will be destroyed. Once arrived, the unpaid order will be refunded to the customer’s account. All additional charges that Stretch Studio London must pay on behalf of the customer will be deducted from this refund (shipping, duties, etc.).

• Customs or import duties are charged once an order reaches its destination (delivery country). Please regularly check for communication regarding this.

• Import tax and duty must be paid by the recipient. The cost varies widely depending on where you live. Please check your local post service website for more information regarding import from the United Kingdom, preferably prior to purchase.

• Stretch Studio London has no control over these charges and cannot speculate what the cost may be. All charges are levied.
